What did you do in 2009 that you’d never done before? — watch a U2 concert live, take a long flight, visit the US, go on a trip abroad with a group, go on a live-aboard dive trip, do a cold water dive, put out a public blog that exposed my weight and diet/exercise plans, take and pass a GUE course (Fundamentals), oh, and go on a speed-dating bit! Hahaha!

— don't remember making any for 2009

— close friends, not really Did anyone close to you die? — my grandfather passed away, and my favorite cat - Cute One
What countries did you visit?
— Sabah Malaysia and USA
What would you like to have in 2010 that you lacked in 2009?
— freedom from family issues

— September 23: the U2 concert! :D
What was your biggest achievement of the year?
— passing the GUE Fundamentals course and starting+sustaining the Bye-Bye Blubber Project
What was your biggest failure?
— no failures, just lessons. naks ;) (haha... same as last year)
Did you suffer illness or injury?
— Just my bad back, but that's fixed now. Been relatively healthy the whole year round
What was the best thing you bought?
— This year's best buys would have to be the following:
1. PAL roundtrip ticket MNL-LAX for $475 all in! ;)
2. U2 concert ticket
3. 13" macbook pro
4. GUE Fundamentals course
5. Dive trips to Sipadan, Tubbataha, and Monterey
6. Lifetime gym membership + my PT sessions

— certain relatives from the US

— my parents, certain relatives from the US, a good friend with her Aussie bloke craziness, and Eileen
Where did most of your money go?
— the usuals: bills, gas, car maintenance, household utilities, household stuff + ALL my dive-related trips (swimming lessons, GUE Fundamentals, Sipadan, Tubbataha, birthday dive weekend, Dumaguete, Monterey) and personal trips (Siquijor, US trip)
What did you get really, really, really excited about?
— watching U2 live, Nik coming back to the Philippines + our trip to Siquijor, driving to Monterey from LA, finally seeing sharks in the wild, launching the Bye-Bye Blubber Project

— spent it meeting with family (Laguna for the Perezes, Makati for the Santoses, and Las Piñas for the Loyolas)

— hate, noone... but have less respect for? Definitely Eileen.

— The Killers, more U2
What did you want and get?
— the excellent dives, the Siquijor trip, the U2 ticket, the Monterey trip and dive, the 13" Macbook Pro, the trip to New York (of course, I got all these things for myself... hahaha!)
What was your favorite film of this year?
— The Hangover! Seriously! Hahaha! :P Yes Man was good, and Avatar was also awesome.
What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?
— I had a joint dive weekend party with Joepi, Jean, and technically, Al. We booked out our usual resort in Anilao and treated friends to a great weekend. I turned 29.
What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
— If I didn't have to deal with a certain Aussie bloke
How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2009?
— Definitely more proper and girly, mostly because I'm dealing with clients directly now

— diving, traveling, Cute One, Jess Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most? — Kimi pa rin, Bono and The Edge, Terri from Mythbusters (LOL!)
What political issue stirred you the most?
— GMA running for congress next year... I swear, she's totally fucked up

— noone in particular made a mark
